Procedures for Registration and Change of Address Residents moving into the district and parents of students new to Dayton Public Schools must register their children at the Central Registration Office, Room 48, in Roosevelt Center, 2013 West Third Street. Office hours are 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. To register, parents or guardians must provide proof of withdrawal from previous schools, birth certificates, social security numbers, proof of residency, immunization and academic records, and verification of custody (if applicable). Parents of Dayton Public Schools elementary students who have moved must come to the Central Registration Office immediately with verification of their new address.
