In order to participate in the home delivered meals programs, individuals MUST be homebound (unable to leave the home without physical assistance) . There cannot be an able-bodied individual in the home who could be preparing meals. Funds services, coordinates, manages, plans and advocates on behalf of older persons. The agency serves persons age 60 and older in Champaign, Clark, Darke, Greene, Logan, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, and Shelby Counties. The Senior Information Services is a program of the Senior Resource Connection. It is funded by Title III of the Older Americans Act. |
