Firearm Owner's Identification Card for the City of Dayton - anyone who lives in the City of Dayton and possess a firearm must obtain a FOIC.  Applications can be obtained at the Safety Building.  A short application process with background check required.  A applicant must bring a valid driver's license or state ID. Process time is 7 - 10 days.
