DP&L Medical Certification-  customers experiencing a medical condition that could be adversely affected by a disconnection of electric or gas service may qualify for help under the medical certification program.  DP&L can defer payment for 30 days and deferments may be extended for up to 90 days per year.  Proper certification is required.  Applicants are available by calling the customer service number.
